The Commercial Regional Manager (CRM) have both their own pipeline of business and be capable of managing a regional team of Commercial Account Managers (CAM). The CRM (and his/her team) will develop and close a robust pipeline of Commercial C-PACE projects utilizing both direct sales and channel partner relationships in the assigned regional market. The candidate will be tasked with managing a team and pipeline of deals to successful closings while building close working relationships with channel partners and property owners.
Category I: 60% of time spent
Category II: 30% of time spent
Other Duties as Assigned: 10%
