    We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Coordinator (CSC) who can organize and manage a robust pipeline of developing financial transactions. The CSC will work directly with Commercial Area Managers (CAM) to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the commercial financial transactions are completed, freeing up CAM to spend more time with Property Owners and Contractors creating more business.     Location: Miami, FL


    • Utilize company resources to maintain and manage the commercial sales pipelines of up to four CAMs, which includes working with property owners and contractors to collect all project financing collateral for all active commercial projects in the region.
    • Act as an additional customer service contact for commercial property owners and channel partners who have questions about our program or process.
    • Communicate effectively with Commercial Area Managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships
    • Work with other departments within the company to coordinate commercial PACE financing including timing of payments, milestone completion verification, and other duties to speed operational execution in support of closing and funding commercial PACE projects.
    • Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties


    • Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
    • 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
    • Previous experience in commercial sales, underwriting or the PACE industry is a plus
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines ensuring accuracy and quality
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to utilize sound judgement, discretion and preserve confidentiality
