    Ygrene has an opportunity for a skilled and self-directed Business Intelligence analyst to drive business analytics and reporting, and well as directly manage some of the information systems used by the business.


    • Own, define, and operate all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects including data warehouse, KPI dashboard, and reports.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting to multiple stakeholders internal (including both Operations and Marketing) and external to the business.
    • Work closely with senior executives to constantly explore the business quantitatively, analysing performance.
    • Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modelling.
    • Support the Technical Program Manager by providing technical leadership and developing business requirements, as needed.


    • 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reports, and data warehouse in an organization of 20+ employees
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Extremely skilled with Excel, and at least one data warehouse system
    • Experience with SQL and ability to write queries
    • Ability to self-manage and multitask


    Desired but not required:

    • Experience in financial services sector
    • Experience in technical program management
    • Familiarity with QlikView and/or QlikSense
    • MBA or finance background
