The Business Process Engineer will be responsible for working with internal business groups on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, business systems and user needs to achieve process and change improvements and to improve overall business results. Plans, performs and implements process improvement and/or change management initiatives.


  • Analyzes and improves business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies 
  • and effectiveness. 
  • Develops and implements process improvements and/or change, event, incident, configuration, root cause or asset management initiatives to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
  • Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements. 
  • Contributes substantive content to define requirements for information systems required to facilitate and support business process improvements, procedures, and with the development and application of organizational-wide information models.
  • Successfully builds and manages relationships between various field and internal contacts to fully meet their business process and change management needs. This includes defining policies, methods & procedures and best practices.
  • Assists in the development of enterprise architectures at the business level, identifying their core competencies, defining measures, and identifying capabilities.
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of activity data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, modern business methods, and performance measure techniques 
  • Use simulations to solve complex problems and test the hypotheses


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, technical operations, or related field
  • Proficient in the following methodologies: Agile Development, Lean, Kazan
  • Experience in process design, technical writing (process documentation) and development of methods and procedures.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills
