Ygrene Energy Fund’s clean energy financing is introduced to Property Owners through licensed home and commercial improvement contractors.  Our Contractor Compliance team ensures the quality and integrity of our contractors through administration of application, screening, and training processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Ygrene authorized Contractors comply with PACE industry guidelines for eligible improvements through a series of monitor and control systems
  • Perform complex investigation of property improvement projects, contractor license audits, and consumer satisfaction feedback
  • Invoke additional risk avoidance measures or other program penalties on Contractors for non-compliance with Ygrene’s Contractor Participation Agreement
  • Determine the root cause of issues through collaboration with subject mater experts in sales, marketing, legal, finance and operations
  • Provide suggestions and input relevant to building and improving upon the Contractor compliance control systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in PACE operations, contractor construction, and/or residential mortgage industries
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong influence management and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent negation and decision making skills
  • Ability to self-start, take initiative and act upon decisions
  • Ability to problem solve and conduct objective root cause analysis
