We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Florida office.  The Customer Service Representative works closely and proactively with the contractors and homeowners to obtain details of each transaction and accurately document all of the information.

Responsibilities

  • Work with interested clients to help them understand program specifics and assist with their applications
  • Coordinate with the funding, underwriting and sales teams to obtain all necessary documentation
  • Assist the sales team, as needed, to ensure that all projects are processed in a timely manner
  • Update and track daily project reports
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of department policies and procedural documents and forms
  • Act as a resource for district staff or contractors to handle any questions, troubleshoot projects or assist with prospective clients
  • Contact prospective clients, contractors and any other potential business source as directed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma and 3+ years of work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Previous experience with phone sales or call center customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF conversions as well as solid overall computing skills
  • Previous experience within banking, mortgage banking, or consumer finance industry is preferred
  • Fluency is English and Spanish is a must
  • Ability to independently manage daily tasks and short-term projects
  • Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential in this role
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as the company is open 7 days a week
