We are seeking an energetic, highly qualified candidate for the position of Document Specialist.  This position is responsible for producing and revising customer-facing legal documents and managing the document control system.


Document Development and Generation

  • Keying, revising, formatting, and producing program documents that include tables, graphics, and multi-level sections.
  • Producing comparison documents for revisions using document comparison software
  • Converting, editing, and working with .pdf files
  • Proofreading final documents for spelling, grammar, and overall accuracy
  • Converting documents into branded, fillable customer forms
  • Testing finished documents with the software development team for accuracy and quality

Document Control

  • Developing and maintaining a robust document and version control system
  • Maintaining version control for all Ygrene software system documents
  • Managing issuance of new documentation, including user training and communication


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Adobe inDesign
  • Proficient with both PC and Mac platforms
  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong sense of graphic design and ability to work with Ygrene branding
  • Previous experience with legal and/or financial documents preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus
