We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Document Specialist to join our team in our Miami offices!

 

The Document Specialist works closely and pro-actively with customer service representatives and underwriters to obtain and send out financing documents to the appropriate county offices for recordation.

Responsibilities

  • Review documentation for each project and ensure accuracy of information
  • Maintain a daily log of all projects being sent out by date, address and Project ID
  • Act as an additional resource for answering incoming calls during high call level times
  • Support any updates or documentation for the Funding Department. 
  • Prepare daily mailings and couriers.
  • Record documents with the Clerk of Courts
  • Be active in assisting property owners, contractors, and sales team when called upon to do so.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma + 3 years work experience or BS/BA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and generally good computing skills
  • Ability to independently manage daily tasks and short-term projects.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail is a must with strong analytical skills. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as the company is open 7 days a week
