  • Work closely with Sales Operations Manager for process improvement, sales team alignment, program roll-out and collaborative region communication
  • Deep understanding of time sensitive projects, the ability to multi-task/prioritize and complete tasks prior to the deadline.
  • Participate in sales support calls
  • Collect and prepare information for compliance and flagged file process 
  • Reinforce and support partnership programs and new program implementation within region. 
  • Schedule and manage multiple calendars
  • Set up for conference calls and webinars
  • Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for meetings including preparing meeting materials  
  • Document meeting minutes as well as manage and track action items
  • Serve as lead and manage regional-focused projects
  • Check email on an hourly basis to address priority items while Regional Sales Director and Regional Account Managers are in the field
  • Extensive communication with RAMs on a daily basis via text, email and email chat
  • Produce and format reports specific to Regional Sales team requests
  • Create email and fax correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and environment
  • Maintain and distribute weekly sales team tracking specific to region
  • Navigate sales team software such as Groove, SalesForce, Qlik, Ygrene Works Portal and EasyDocs
  • In depth knowledge of the region, territory, and Account Managers within the region
  • Assist RAMS and RSD with weekly deliverables and structured sales approach
  • Work close with RSD to continuously find new and innovate ways to support the sales region


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • A positive can-do attitude and a genuine interest in the business
  • Demonstrated ability to gracefully handle time-sensitive duties
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through, comfortable making decisions, and comfortable working on initiatives that require confidentiality
  • Possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Demonstrated passion for learning new things, continuous improvement sharing best practices
  • Ability to think strategically and understand business and industry; see the “big picture”
  • Ability to quickly learn/adapt using diverse tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as with a team
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Microsoft Office suite
