We are looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator to provide support and assistance to the Regional Account Managers and Regional Sales Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales Operations Manager for process improvement, sales team alignment, program roll-out and collaborative region communication
  • Develop training and presentation materials for RAMs
  • Facilitate new contractor calls and virtual contractor trainings, including facilitating calendar management as needed.
  • Manage daily activities and scheduling of RAM trainings
  • Manage travel and calendar for Regional Sales Directors and provides general administrative support to outside sales team
  • Run reports on RAM and Contractor accounts to determine areas needing improvement including activity schedules, account penetrations, pipeline management, and system training
  • Pull customized reports from Qlik for RSD and/or RAMS and sync information from YODA.
  • Prepare daily application report customized by Region and weekly regional highlight reports
  • Assist marketing department with market data collection and advertising metrics
  • Processing CPA and Flex Rate Spreadsheets to deliver accurate information to the field
  • Prepare monthly conversion rating report and contractor tracking for use in field conversations.
  • Schedule 30/60/90 check in meetings for new hires
  • Work with Sales Department to develop leads and educate new clients on program specifics
  • Coordinate program documentation between the district, the property owner, and the contractors
  • Support certified contractors with program procedures and policies
  • Providing phone support to Quality Bonus Program, calling property owners daily to complete survey and reporting on survey attempts and completion statistics.
  • Assist RAMS and provide direction on best person to contact for specific needs within the company
  • Provide administrative support for new programs including program implementation and communication efforts to the field
  • Review and manage pipeline and funding conditions daily with a sense of urgency
  • Manage pipeline report of active projects and work with contractors and sales team
  • Ensure that pipeline tasks and pipeline requirements are maintained and assist in proactively driving pipeline for designated projects to completion.
  • Confirm projects are complete with appropriate permits, inspections, and all required documentation.
  • Coordinate and prepare file and transaction for orderly completion.
  • Support Operations Team and CSRs as necessary
  • Perform special projects and research as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of modern office administration practices
  • Intermediate level skills operating Microsoft Suite including Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Ability to be outgoing and self-motivated
  • Focused on creating a positive customer experience
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities simultaneously
  • A positive can-do attitude and a genuine interest in the business
  • Demonstrated ability to gracefully handle time-sensitive duties
